At Platinum Skincare, we have been committed to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction since 2006. Due to the nature of our professional-grade skincare and wellness products, we adhere to a strict hygiene and safety protocol.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original heat-shrunk plastic wrap or seal.
- The packaging is in its original, pristine condition, suitable for resale.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (Order number or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For the protection of all our clients, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used skincare: Creams, oils, or serums where the seal has been broken.
- Supplements: Any bottles of Gluta-Glo or other capsules where the safety seal is tampered with or removed.
- Sale Items: Any products purchased during a promotional sale or as part of a clearance event.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
Your “Platinum Glow” should arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged during transit:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at
glutaglo@gmail.com. - Include clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product batch number.
- We will arrange a courier collection and issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Payfast, Yoco, or EFT) within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
- Except in cases of defective goods, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our distribution center.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items lost in transit.
